气动钻杆卡瓦的有限元分析

摘    要:气动卡瓦以结构合理,操作简单,工作安全等优点取代了传统卡瓦作业方式,应用越来越广泛。本文首先阐述了气动卡瓦的结构,工作原理。对处于工作状态下的卡瓦体和钻杆进行了有限元分析,结果表明气动钻杆卡瓦能够很好的卡紧钻杆而又不压溃钻杆,卡瓦体体本身变形量也很小,不会损坏,验证了气动卡瓦工作的安全可靠性。

Abstract:Pneumatic slip replace the traditional slip with the virtue that it have reasonable structure, easy operation, safety at work etc., The pneumatic slip applied more widely. This paper elaborate the structure and working principle of the pneumatic slip. Analyzing the slip body and drill stems in working state though finite element. The results show that the pneumatic drill pipe slips can clamp the drill pipe well without crushing, the slip body has a little deformation, will not dmnaged. This paper verified the working safety and reliability of pneumatic slip.
