| 摘 要： | 本文将ISO9000质量管理体系引入高校体育人力资源管理过程,针对高校体育教育质量管理设计出基本框架,提出控制影响高校体育人力资源质量的各个环节,制定能力评价体系,从内外两方面对高校体育人力资源质量管理过程进行监控。

| Abstract: | The paper introducing the system of IS09000 quality into the course of manage of the university physical education quality and designing the basic frame of manage in this course. The paper put forward control every part of this course and then make the ability evaluate system to control the course which affect the quality of the PE educational quality from inside and outside. |
