| 摘 要： | 提出了确定科技先导型产业的综合评价方法.这种方法是根据系统动力学模型法、产业推动系数和带动系数法、出口依赖度法的计算结果,以科技投入强弱为权重,对上述各项结果进行加权综合分析评价的方法.这种方法与任何单项指标和单一计算方法相比,更能全面反映科技进步、创汇、产业结构、生产需求、生产效率等方面的综合影响.本文还以江苏"科技兴省"为实例,对这种方法作了具体应用.

| Abstract: | A method of evaluating science and technology guided industry is presented in this paper.Using the scientific and technological input as weight,this method evaluates the results calculated with SD model,coefficents of onto action and lead in action of industry,and export dependent degree.Compared with any sigle target and any sigle calculating method,this method can reflect more comprehensively the advance of science and technology,foreign exchange earning,industrial struture, demand for production and productivity.The results show that this method is efficient and rational. |
