| Abstract: | Base on the theory of elasticity and the theory of mechanics of materials.Strength design principe of circular compound dies with cavities is discussed by using the lame's formula and a simple design method and procedure of circular compound dies with cavities is advanced provilding a theoretical basis for die designing with CAD. |
