| 摘 要： | 灰色系统理论能够充分开发利用已占有的“最少信息”，具有研究“小样本”、“贫信息”不确定性问题的良好特性．本文基于灰色系统理论，对区域经济与社会协调发展问题进行了研究，建立了区域经济社会协调发展的指标体系和测度模型，并以青岛市为例进行了案例研究． |
