等离子体改性褐煤半焦低温催化氧化脱除NO研究

摘    要:采用KOH改性-低温等离子体(NTP)活化制备褐煤活性半焦催化剂,用于低温催化氧化NO的研究.考察了KOH改性浓度,低温等离子体活化电压和活化时间对NO脱除效率所带来的影响.研究结果显示,采用该法所制备的催化剂具有较低的灰分以及较好的碘吸附值,催化剂经NTP活化之后表面的碱性官能团增加,有利于催化活性的提高及活性窗口扩宽.经5%KOH改性,在氮气等离子体源、7.5 k V改性电压和1h的改性时间条件下制得的褐煤半焦催化剂具有较高的反应活性,在反应温度为125℃,NO的脱除效率可达47%.

Low-temperature catalytic oxidation of NO over modified lignite semi-coke catalyst by low temperature plasma

Abstract:The lignite activated semi- coke catalyst was prepared by KOH modified low temperature plasma( NTP) activation,which was used for the study of low temperature catalytic oxidation of NO. The effects of KOH modified concentration,low temperature plasma activation voltage and activation time on NO removal efficiency has been investigated. This study reveals that using the method of catalyst with low ash and better iodine adsorption value,the catalyst after the activation of the NTP surface basic groups will increase,and it has a good catalytic activity; in addition,the test process is in the catalyst,and the activity of the catalyst window has also achieved reasonable expansion. With 5 % KOH modified,in the nitrogen plasma source,7. 5 k V change voltage and one hour of the conditions of the modification time of lignite semi coke catalyst has a higher reaction activity and the NO conversion has achieved 47 % at 125 ℃.
