| 摘 要： | 用微生物纸片法对抗氧化剂在生物环境中对单线态氧(~1O_2)的清除能力进行评价.测定了10个抗氧化剂的~1O_2清除能力和DPPH自由基清除能力,并从构效关系分析不同抗氧化剂~1O_2清除能力的不同.结果表明,该方法可以作为抗氧化剂~1O_2清除能力的一种常规实验室定量测定方法.

| Abstract: | A biological method,named microbiological paper method,for the evaluation of singlet oxygen(1O2)scavenging capacities of antioxidants in biological systems was proposed. The1O2 scavenging capacities of 10 antioxidant compounds were determined. Furthermore,the results were also expounded reasonably by the structure-activity relation,and compared with those obtained by the DPPH · procedure. It was concluded that this assay could be utilized as a routine laboratory quantitative assay to evaluate the scavenging activity against1O2. |
