| 摘 要： | 目的：研究岩白菜素缓释片祛痰平喘作用。方法：选用小鼠酚红排泄法、“组胺／乙酰胆碱”致豚鼠哮喘法进行实验。结果：岩白菜素缓释片能显著促进小鼠呼吸道酚红排泄（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）；能延迟组胺和乙酰胆碱所致小鼠的引喘潜伏期（P〈0．001）。结论：岩白菜素缓释片具有明显的祛痰平喘作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the pharmacological effects of expectorant and antiasthmatic action of sustained release tablets of Bergenin.Methods:Expectorant experiments with phenol red excretion method in mice,and experimental asthma model on guinea pigs were induced by histamine and acetylcholine in vivo.Result:Sustained release tablets of Bergenin could increase the secretion of phenolphthalein in trachea of mice(P<0.05,P<0.01),and prolong the incubation period of cough which caused by release acetylcholine-histamine in mice(P<0.001).Conclusion:Sustained tablets of Bergenin has significant effects on expectorant and antiasthmatic action. |
