大庆油田采气井管柱CO2腐蚀速度分布规律及影响因素分析

摘    要:对大庆油田采气分公司升深2-17井CO2腐蚀后的报废油管管柱进行了现场实测,绘出了N80油管管柱CO2腐蚀速度随气井井深分布规律曲线,并对该曲线进行了理论分析;所得结论,对气井油管管柱CO2腐蚀的预测评估,以及采取相应的有效预防措施具有很大的指导作用。

Abstract:In the process of mining gas, the oil tube will be severe destroyed by carbon dioxide corrosion; this may cause enormous economy loss. Along with the increase in the number of gas wells, the carbon dioxide corrosion problem is getting worse. The formerly study on oil tube carbon dioxide corrosion is based on laboratory simulation study in high temperature and pressure reaction kettle; seldom perform a live research about discard tube carbon dioxide corrosion at field work. This paper is about the oil tube carbon dioxide corrosion experiment in Shengshen 2-17 gas well at field work in Daqing Oilfield Gas Corporation, raising and analyzing the corrosion rate with the gas well depth distribution curve about carbon dioxide corrosion of N80 oil tube. The conclusions must be significant to make carbon dioxide corrosion forecasts and adopt corrosion measures.
