| Abstract: | A practical cipher rolling method used in the speech scrambling system needing no frame synchronization is investigated in this paper. Accor-ding to this method, it is possible that the cipher is rolled frequcntly with-out frame synchronization. This feacure increases greatly the ability of the cryptoanalysis-proof of the system, espcially the ability of preventing plan-ted plaintext attack. As a result, the contradiction between high secure per-formance and low synchronous requirement is handled perfectly. The availa-bility of the system is guaranteed. |
