西部省区旅游业可持续发展竞争力综合评价研究

根据相关研究成果及研究地区特征，按照构建指标体系数据的可获得性、代表性、全面性、相关性和相对性原则，建立了由政府管理水平与公共服务设施、经济实力、旅游业及第三产业效益、环境水平、开放程度等5个子系统共45个评价指标，基于SPSS12．0大型统计软件，运用因子分析法对西部11个省区旅游业可持续发展竞争力进行了定量评价，指出了其发展优势及制约因素．按照聚类分析法将有序样本聚类为3个类型区，并对不同类型区旅游业可持续发展提出了相应的对策和建议，即一类地区应提升旅游业经营理念，积极发展第三产业；二类地区应加大对外开放力度，整合区域旅游资源；三类地区应提高政府管理水平，加快经济发展步伐，加强旅游产品的营销，提高旅游业发展的宏观规划及微观管理水平。

Research on Comprehensive Evaluation of Tourism Sustainable Development Competitiveness in Western China

According to the relative research achievements and characteristics of 11 western provinces and regions, the principles of acquisition, representation, comprehension, coherence and relativity of forming index system data, it establishes 5 subsystems of government management level and commonality service establishment, economy strength, benefit of tourism industry and tertiary industry, environment level and opening degree together with 45 specific evaluation indexes. Based on large statistic software of SPSS 12.0, ration evaluation on tourism comprehensive competitiveness of 11 western provinces and regions is given by using factor analysis, pointing out the advantages and restrict factors of tourism development. It divides the ordered samples into 3 styles by using cluster analysis method. Finally, it offers the countermeasures and advice for tourism sustainable development in different areas; for the first style area, the operating conception of tourism industry and develop tertiary industry should be enhanced actively; for the second one, the opening degree and integrate the regional tourist resources should be increased; for the third one, the government management level should be improved, and quicken the step of economic development, strengthen the marketing, enhanced the macroscopic plan and microcosmic management level of tourism development.
