| 摘 要： | 本文介绍一种光纤通信宽带综合业务数字网（Ｂ－ＩＳＤＮ）中的全光交换技术。这是未来光纤宽带综合服务网中重要且基本的技术。全光交换是在光水平上实现高速时分交换的，而不是电交换。光交换系统是由光信号写入、读出门—光波导开关阵，光信号存贮器—光双稳半导体激光器，控制器及复用器等几部分组成。本文除描述光交换系统各部件的性能外，还介绍系统的工作原理和性能。

| Abstract: | This paper describes an all optical-switching technology, an important and key technology in the fiber communication broadband integrated services digital network (B-ISDN). The optical signals are exchanged completely by high speed optical time-division technique in this paper, not by electronicswitching as before, This optical-switching system is composed of optical write/read gates (optical wave-guide switch matrix), optical memories (bistable laser-diodes), controller and multiplexer. The principle and perfomance of the optical switching system are discussed too. |
