摘    要:基于某轻型商务车方向盘模态固有频率需有效避开发动机频率以免造成两者频率耦合,进行了该车型方向盘固有频率CAE分析和测试对标工作,并有效地进行了方案的优化。根据模态对标和优化的结果,进一步对该方向盘进行了刚度、强度和耐久疲劳寿命的静、动态特性分析。分析和模态测试结果表明:方向盘各项特性均满足设计要求,有效地支持了该轻型商务车方向盘的开发工作。

Abstract:One light duty business vehicle steering wheel natural frequency analysis and test correlation have been done based on steering wheel natural frequency in order to avoid coupling with engine frequency. Meanwhile, the optimization proposals had been done effectively. According to the results based on correlation modal and optimization, stiffness, static strength, static and dynamic characteristics analysis of endurance fatigue life about steering wheel have been done. The analysis and modal test results show that the characteristics of the steering wheel meet the design requirements and effectively support the development of the steering wheel of the light duty commercial vehicle.
