热敏灸治疗肛周脓肿术后尿潴留的临床观察

目的观察热敏灸治疗肛周脓肿术后尿潴留的临床效果。方法选择2016年6月~2017年6月就诊于我院的40例肛周脓肿术后尿潴留患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各20例,对照组给予膀胱区按摩,水流声诱导及下腹部热敷治疗,观察组在此基础上给予热敏灸治疗。治疗后观察患者自行排尿时间、排尿完全通畅时间、膀胱残留尿量进行统计,计算临床治疗的有效率。结果经治疗后与对照组相比,对照组有效率为70%,观察组有效率为95%,观察组患者的临床总有效率明显优于对照组(P0.05)。结论热敏灸能有效改善肛周脓肿术后患者的尿潴留症状,利于患者排尿、缩短病程,疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

CLINICAL EFFECT OF THE TREATMENT TO URINARY RETENTION IN PATIENTS WITH PERIANAL ABSCESS OPERATION USING THERMAL MOXIBUSTION

Objective:To explore clinical effects of thermal moxibustion in treating urinary retention in patients with perianal abscess operation. Methods:40 patients with urinary retention after perianal abscess operation in our hospital from 2016 June to 2017 June were selected as the research object, randomly divided into control group and observation group, 20 cases in each group. Patients in control group were treated by massage of bladder region and hot compress, sound of flowing water induction, based on this, patients in the observation group were given with thermal moxibustion. After treatment, self voiding time, complete patency time and bladder residual urine volume were observed, the rates of clinical treatment efficiency were calculated. Results:The rate of efficiency in control group was 70%, 95% in observation group. The differences between two groups was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Thermal moxibustion could help patients with perianal abscess operation improve the urinary retentional symptoms, facilitate the micturition function and shorten the course of disease. Curative affect is exact and worthy of clinical application.
