活性炭活化过硫酸盐处理含酚废水的实验研究

摘    要:以有机污染物中常见的苯酚为目标污染物,研究活性炭活化过硫酸盐高级氧化技术处理含酚废水。考察含酚废水浓度、温度、pH、药品投加量、反应时间等因素对处理效果的影响,探究反应机理。结果表明,当水浴震荡时间为40 min,活性炭与过硫酸纳(PS)投加量分别为0.15 g/L、0.45 g/L,初始pH为6时,活性炭活化PS对苯酚去除率为80.81%;相较于活性炭单独去除苯酚效率的39.50%和PS单独去除苯酚效率的22.90%,有较大提高,说明活性炭对过硫酸钠氧化体系的催化效果明显。

Remove of phenol by activated carbon catalyzeper-sulfate system

Abstract:The phenol was used as the target pollutant, the advanced oxidation technology of the activated carbon activated per-sulfate to treat the organic wastewater was studied, the effect of the concentration of organic wastewater, temperature, pH, medicine dosage, reaction time and other factors on the treatment effect was investigated, the reaction mechanism of activated carbon activated per-sulfate catalytic oxidation system was explored. The experimental results showed that in the activated carbon activate sodium per-sulfate(PS) system, when the water bath vibration time was 40 min, the quantity of activated carbon was 0.15 g/l, and the PS quantity was 0.45 g/l, the initial pH value was 6, the removal rate of phenol by activated carbon activate PS was 80.81%,compared with the removal rate of phenol of 80.81% by activated carbon separately and that of 22.90% by PS, had improved greatly. The catalytic effect of activated carbon activate PS system was obvious.
