铍的极谱吸附波研究

摘    要:本文介绍了铍与钍试剂I络合物的极谱特性.在氨性介质中,铍与钍试剂I生成具有电活性的络合物.该络合物在-0.64V有一灵敏的吸附波.最适宜的底液条件为 0.2M NH3·H2O-1.0MNH4Cl—0.002%钍试剂 I—0.13%EDTA。铍的测定范围为0.0002~1.0 微克/毫升.研究了干扰情况,对极谱波的还原机理进行了初步探讨,并成功地应用于环境样品煤飞灰中痕量铍的测定.

Abstract:The polarographic behaviour of the electro-active complex formed by beryl- lium with thoron in the ammonium hydroxide medium has been studied. The complex give, a sensitive adsorptive wave at the peak potential -0 .54v The most suitable supporting electrolyte in the one composed of 0 .2M NH3.H2O- 1.0 M NH.C1-0.002% thoron-0.13% EDTA. With this system beryllium can be detected in the range 0. 0002~1. 0ug/ml. Investigation has also been made of the interferences of other materials and the mechanism of the polarogra- phic wave. The above hod has been successfully used in the determination of trace amounts of beryllium in coal fly ash for giving environmental analysis.
