国际政治经济学中的小国理论——依附论理论体系的批判性解读

依附论提出并强化了发展中国家在政治独立后如何实现经济现代化问题,这是对国际政治经济学的重要贡献。但依附论在自身理论体系构建与理论论证演绎过程中存在众多缺陷,这也是它在国际经济关系领域遭受重大挫折的内在根源。对依附论的学理评判包括两部分:总结依附论的基本理论贡献,以及从理论和实践两个层面对依附论进行系统批判,以此试图为依附论在全球化时代的发展提供一种建设性的路径。

The Small State Theory in International Political Economics——A Critical Appraisal of the Theoretical System of Dependency Theory

The dependency theory puts forward and reinforces the issue of how the developing countries will realize economic modernization after obtaining political independence.It is a key issue in international political science.But the dependency theory has many limitations both in construction of the theoretical system and in deduction of the theory,which is the root of its weaknesses in international economic relations.Based on the generalization of the theoretical contributions of the dependency theory,this paper offers an appraisal at the levels of theory and practices,and then tries to provide a constructive approach to the theory in the globalization era.
