The relations between market structure and R&D have been extensively explored according to Schumpeter and Arrow's arguments about it.However,the controversies are still going on,because two arguments inversely can obtain partial experience holdings respectively.Moreover,the controversies are more complex as aresult of the experience analysis that could not been interpreted by traditional arguments.The text interprets diversity experience facts based on Schumpeter and Arrow's tradition from the perspective of property rights and transaction structure.
