钛合金小直径深孔的振动钻削研究

摘    要:钛合金的小直径深孔的钻削是机械加工中的难题之一。采用低频轴向振动钻孔方法解决了这个难题。本文主要就钛合金小直径深孔的振动钻削的刀具设计、断屑排屑、加工质量等进行了研究。

Abstract:Deep and small holes drilling in Titanium alloy is one of the difficulty problem in metal cutting. A good result has been obtained for solving tiaese problems by applying low frequency axial vibrating drilling with gundrill. In this paper, the gundrill design, chip breaking and cuttin,g quality are studied. The results of experiment show that with reasonably parameters, this new technique will improve the cutting precission by 1-2 grade and surface finish by 2-3 grade. Besides, the productivity will also be considerably increased and chip be reliably broken.
