摘    要:现代高校规模化、标准化的分类(专业)教育方式,不但不排斥“因材施教”,反而为这种教育思想的深入贯彻搭建起了更为科学和完整的系统平台。与古代原始的“因材施教”,注重处理教师与学生个体关系的方法不同,这种大系统平台上的“因材施教”的实施方式与实现途径更为复杂,科学性要求更高。它追求通过多方面、多因素的科学协调整合过程或系统构筑过程,达到学生主观志趣与其个性特质的统一;学校专业教育与特色人才成长规律的统一;“施教”内容与培养对象的“材质”和社会需求的统一。

Abstract:Large-scaled and standardized classification of specialties in higher education lays a more scientific and systematic foundation for "teaches students according to their aptitude" which affiances greater importance to the teaching approach of "teaching students accords to their aptitude" can be achieved in a more sophisticated and scientific way which harmoniously combines students' subjective interests with their personalities,professional knowledge with cultivation of students' creativity,"teaching content" and "students' aptitude" with the need of society.
