| 摘 要： | 对超声振动挤压强化工艺中的挤压力进行了分析研究，指出了挤压力在超声振动挤压强化过程中的作用及其对工艺效果的影响。研究结果表明，当挤压力取在最佳挤压力附近时，振动挤压工艺效果最佳。这个最佳挤压力，可通过试验方法确定。
