北道区地质灾害防灾减灾效益分析

2000年至今,甘肃省已完成10多个县(市)地质灾害调查与区划工作,并取得了较好的防灾减灾效果,但是对防灾减灾效益的评估保持在定性分析的水平,并在野外调查实践的基础上,结合北道区的社会环境与地质环境条件,应用费用效益分析评价原理,对天水市北道区地质灾害防灾减灾效益做了定量分析评估,从而为优选防灾方案及决策防灾费用投入提供参考依据.

ANALYSIS OF BENEFIT FROM PREVENTION OF GEOLOGICAL HAZARD IN BEIDAO DISTRICT

From 2000 up to now,Gansu province has completed geological hazard investigation and regionalization in over ten counties and cities,and has made better effort to protect and reduce hazards. In this paper, the benefit from the prevention of geological hazard in Beidao District is quantitatively assessed on the basis of field investigation and the social and geological environmental conditions of Beidao District, by using cost\|benefit analysis and assessment theory. Therefore, this result provides a reference foundation for selecting prevention plan and estimating cost input.
