底部倾斜冷热壁直管内自然对流数值研究

摘    要:对上部冷壁、底部热壁直管内的自然对流现象进行了数值研究.采用有限体积离散化方法和压力一速度的迭代算法,求解耦合的动量、能量微分方程组,揭示自然对流和强迫对流相互转换的机制.计算结果已用于化学气相淀积薄膜生长的均匀性分析.

Abstract:Naturalconvective phenomena in pipe with cooled upper wall and tilted, heated lower wall are numerically simulated.The coupling momentum and energy equations are solved by using finitevolume discretizing method and pressure-velocity iteration algorithm.The mechanism of interaction between natural and forced convective is discussed.The numerical method is utilized to analyse the growth uniform of film in metallorganic chemical deposition.
