内隐认知视角下体育运动技能的获得

摘    要:采用文献研究方法概述了内隐认知在运动技能获得过程中的主要体现方式与优势效应,揭示了内隐认知与运动技能获得之间的内在联系.研究表明:运动技能的内隐获得主要以内隐记忆和内隐学习的方式加以实现,在运动技能获得的固久性、复杂运动技能掌握的有效性、应激条件下运动技能获得与提取的稳定性和运动技能获得中心理资源节省等方面具有优势效应.内隐认知对学生自主培养运动技能内隐学习策略、体育教学与隐性体育课程的设计等方面有重要启示.

Abstract:Through adopting the method of literature study, this article introduces the main reflected way and the advantage effect of implicit cognition in the process of the acquisition of motor skill, reveals the relationship between implicit cognition and the acquisition of motor skill. Researches show that the implicit acquisition of motor skill is mainly realized by implicit memory and implicit learning; it has advantage effects in the persistence, effectivity, stability and psychological resources saving of the acquisition of motor skill. Implicit cognition has important enlightenment on cultivating implicit study strategy of student independently, P. E. teaching and designing implicit P. E. curriculum.
