摘    要:阳离子聚合电解质能与阴离子荧光试剂形成胶体复合物,应用氟利昂除去该复合物,结果使体系的荧光强度降低。实验表明:体系荧光强度的变化值与阳离子聚合电解质的含量成正比。

Abstract:Anionic dye complexation has been used to determine the concentration of cationic polyelectrolytes in water. The colloidal form of the complex inter feres with fluorescent measurements and is removed with freon. Consequent changes in the fluorescence of a standard dye solution are proportional to theconcentration of polyelectrolytes complexed with the dye.
