摘    要:报导了SnO2薄膜及其掺杂膜片在乙醇中的气敏光学效应与透射光谱特性;提出了一种新的理论模型来解释SnO2薄膜的气敏光学效应的作用机理,并与实验结果一致,从而证明了该模型的正确性。

Abstract:This paper reports gas sensing optical effect and the property oftransmissive spectrum of SnO2 film or its doping film in the ethanal.A new theorymodel is also presented to explain gas sensing optical function mechanism of SnO2film.The experimental result shows that it is in agreement with theory analysis.Therefore,The experiment proves that this model is right.
