摘    要:为改善和提高CO2 焊接电流波形控制的工艺效果,采用以熔滴体积为目标函数,以燃弧电流脉冲宽度为调整量,以模糊控制器为核心的控制方法。在对模糊控制器设计及实现中所涉及的有关特殊问题进行充分研究的基础上,实现了对燃弧电流波形的实时模糊调整。实验结果表明,此方法简化了短路过渡CO2 焊接参数设定,增强了焊接稳定性及对焊接条件的适应能力,改善和提高了焊接工艺效果。

Abstract:To improve the technical effect of the arc current control for CO 2 welding, the controlling method was used to realize real time fuzzy adjustment of the arc current. The droplet volume was used as the aim function, the pulse width of the arc current as the adjustment parameter, and the fuzzy controller as the core. The results show that the method simplify the setting of welding parameters, strengthen welding stability and adaptability to the welding conditions, and improve the welding results.
