| 摘 要： | 为了提高对咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的认识,争取早期诊断,正规治疗,减少误诊,笔者回顾性分析了67例CVA患者临床特点,发现咳嗽变异性哮喘患者的症状体征不典型,误诊率高,患者依从性较差,医务人员应提高认识,争取早期诊断并实施正规治疗,同时加强对咳嗽变异性哮喘患者的教育和管理有重要的临床意义.

| Abstract: | In order to enhance understanding of CVA for an early diagnosis and regular treatment and reduce the mistaken diagnosis,the author of this paper reviews clinical characteristics of 67 cases of CVA patients and finds that CVA patients' atypical symptom,high rate of erroneous diagnosis and poor compliance of the patients.Based on this discovery,the author draws the conclusion that medical personnel should enhance their understanding,strive for an early diagnose and implement regular treatment and it is of vit... |
