电视信号监测与报警系统的设计和实现

Design and implementation of the monitoring and alarming system of TV signals

This paper presents the method and system design of monitoring the interruption,illegal intervention and disturbance in TV signals with the techniques of signal detection and image analysis.In the design,the FPGA and the video acquisition card are used to perform sequence detection and image capture of 32-64 TV synchronous signals,and based on this design,an automatic TV signal monitoring and alarming system is constructed.The paper introduces the basic hardware and software design,the method of dynamic updating image templates,and the application of image processing and analysis of TV station logo detection.Test results indicate that the design has reached its aims and can be put into practical use.
