| Abstract: | In this paper, we derive a class of higher order implicit linear multistep method with parameter, and its region of absolute stability can be arbitrarily extended and be assured of the zero-stability. For the implicit method, we give a new iteration technics, to extend the region of effective stability and greatly improve the convergence rate. |
