| 摘 要： | 分析了中国举证期限制度的立法缺陷,提出了举证期限制度的重构与相关配套制度的完善措施。认为中国举证期限制度既不能实现程序公正,又会造成实体公正失落,同时也不可能真正提高审判效率。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the legislative flaws in China's system of time limit for evidence producing, and proposes measures for re-establishing the system and relevant supportive systems. It argues that China's system of time limit for evidence producing is harmful to procedural justice and substantive justice, and cannot improve trial efficiency. |
