| 摘 要： | 摆脱应试教育的桎梏,全面推进素质教育是中国教育改革与发展的主流。本文依据素质教育的特征,通过审视目前高校体育教学存在的问题,围绕促进学生“身心健康发展”这一出发点,提出落实改革的对策。
