Through market research and in-depth interviews,we get the major tasks and competency requirements of travel professional excellence talent;pointed out that the talent is characterized by innovative thinking,the ability forefront of sustainability and development.We need to integrate into the reconstructed curriculum, teaching methods reform,strengthening practical teaching,depth of school-enterprise cooperation in four areas to improve the personnel training system,in order to comply with the cultivation of excellence.
