旅游管理专业卓越人才的素能要求与培养策略

摘    要:从产业经济发展、企业人才需求、学生就业期望、学校自身发展四方面来看,研究旅游管理专业"卓越人才"的素能要求与培养策略具有重要意义。经过市场调查和深入访谈,提出旅游专业卓越人才的工作岗位、主要任务和能力要求;并指出人才特征表现为思维的创新性、能力的前沿性和发展的可持续性。我们需要从重构课程体系、教学方法改革、深化实践教学、深度校企合作四个方面来改进人才培养系统,以符合卓越人才的培养要求。

Abstract:View from such four areas as the industrial and economic development,personnel needs,student employment expectations,the school's own background of the development,study tourism management professional"outstanding talent"prime requirements and training strategy has important significance. Through market research and in-depth interviews,we get the major tasks and competency requirements of travel professional excellence talent;pointed out that the talent is characterized by innovative thinking,the ability forefront of sustainability and development.We need to integrate into the reconstructed curriculum, teaching methods reform,strengthening practical teaching,depth of school-enterprise cooperation in four areas to improve the personnel training system,in order to comply with the cultivation of excellence.
