| Abstract: | Making a correct assessment of the situation, and emphasizing three aspects: the first is to sum up the practice of sci-tech works of Shanxi Province for further increasing the level of understanding to the significance of sci-tech, the second is to concentrate on crucial points and key links for promoting the all-round progress of sci-tech works, the third is to further deepen the reform of sci-tech system for acceleracing the construction of new sci-tech system of our province. |
