| 摘 要： | 本文就四段绝热、段间冷激式甲醇合成塔建立了拟均相一维模型.利用该数学模型在电子计算机上进行了模拟试验.试验中,保持处理的物料量不变,改变各段进口温度,即变化冷激分率,获得了各种不同的床层温度、浓度分布及甲醇产量.在此试验的基础上,确定了产量与各段进口温度间的关联式,即甲醇产量模型.

| Abstract: | A quasi-homogoneous one-dimensional model of methanol synthesis is established for the four-stage adiabatic fixed bed and interstagc cold shot reactor. Based on this mathematical model, simulations are carried out on a digital computer. During the simulation, keeping the quantity of raw materials fixed we change the inlet temperature of each stage so that fraction of the cold shot material quantiy of each stage varies. In this way, various temperature and concentration profiles of stage beds as well as the output of methanol are obtained. According to the simulation results, the relation between the output of methanol and the iniet temperature of each stage is established, which is called the methanol output model. |
