摘    要:针对CRJ飞机的冷却气滤的故障会严重影响CRJ飞机的正常起降,对飞机的飞行安全和维护成本等带来重大影响问题.基于可靠性分析方法,对上海航空公司CRJ飞机冷却系统中气滤组件日常非计划拆换频繁进行研究。通过对数据进行分析,计算出其警戒限,找出报警的时间。并运用MTBR和MTBUR比较得出较为合适的更换间隔。该结论对航空公司机务维修工程具有一定的参考价值和指导意义。

Abstract:The display cooling fault of CRJ airplane would badly affect its normal flight, safety and maintenance cost. This article is for Shanghai Airline Company to study the frequently unscheduled remove of display cooling in CRJ airplanes by means of reliability analysis,so that it can get further analyses of the display cooling operation condition and the cause for "DISPLAY COOL". Then the reason why fault rate is a little higher can be found. By means of the reliability principle, it analyses the data, then calculates the UCL to find the alarm time. It compares MTBR with MTBUR to get a better period of substitution.
