FMS生产调度的参数优化

基于离散事件动态系统的线性系统理论，本文研究了ＦＭＳ的最大机床利用率问题。只靠作业排序和托盘优化不能有效地改善各机床的负荷平衡，选择适当的工件输入比例，可以使各机床都达到最佳利用率，这不仅是一个静态负荷平衡的问题，它还影响系统的动态运行过程和工作周期。本文分析了各种因素对机床利用率的影响，将工件输入比例优化归结为一个整数规划问题，并给出了算法和例题。

The Parameters Optimization of Production Management in FMS

Based on the linear system theory of DEDS,this paper deals with theproblem of maximal machine utilization in FMS.With a basic input sequence of properparts proportion,the load of machines can be balanced efficiently,The approach is a dy-namic one rather than the static load balance method,since the period of the system andthe whole dynamic process depend on the input sequence. This paper analyses factorswhich affect the machine utilization. An algorithm based on integer programming is pro-posed to solve this optimization problem,which is also illustrated by an example.
