| 摘 要： | 瓶装液体产品的标签检验是生产的一道重要工序,开发研制采用自制电路、体积小、成本低的标签检测仪,代替人工方法,实现对瓶装液体产品标签的在线检测,对提高产品包装质量、减轻人员的劳动强度,具有重要意义。介绍了一种基于MCS-51单片机的标签检测仪的研制过程和方法,其主要关键技术在于抗干扰和数据处理及判断。

| Abstract: | An important process of producing the liquid product packed with bottle is label examination. It is important to develop a label defecting instrument with the self-made electric circuit,small volume and low cost. This instrument can replace the artificial method and can detect label online. It improves the quality of product packaging. Meanwhile,labor source is saved. The method of development of the instrument for label detecting online based on MCS^Sl is introduced Its main technique consists in anti-jamming,data processing and judgement. |
