Resources Sharing of the Video Images on the Expressway

With the expansion of the expressway network,lots of money is invested in the construction of mechanical and electronic systems for better management and service,but the major function of the video images,monitoring the expressways,has not been fully utilized.It should be taken into consideration when monitoring systems are constructed how to change the current situation of the system being only for monitoring,not controlling,and transfer the images to the departments in need,such as traffic police or road governance with least money,to provide road conditions for the expressway management.
