矿工与煤矿事故责任认知

矿工认为上层管理者是煤矿安全第一责任主体,年龄、文化程度、工作年限与收入分别与煤矿安全责任主体之间存在相关关系。矿工的事故责任的认知与影响因素的判断是受到惯习、外在制度和需求影响的,基于此,笔者制度煤矿企业应重视加强煤矿安全责任制度建设、了解矿工惯习与提升矿工责任意识、满足矿工多层次的需求。

Coal miners and Cognition of coal mine accidents responsibility

Miners thought the upper management as the principal responsibility for the coal mine safety,the age,the level of education,the working life and the income is correlated with the main body of responsibility for the safety.The miner＇s congnition of the responsibility for the accident and its influencing factors are subject to habit,the impact of external systems and needs.So it points out that the coal mine should attach importance to strengthening the building of coal mine safety responsibility system,understanding the miners＇ habitus and upgrading miner＇ sense of responsibility,meeting the needs of miners＇ multi-level.
