| 摘 要： | 人民币升值影响资本市场主要是两个渠道,一是人民币升值导致国外游资大量涌入国内资本市场进行套汇投机,从而堆高整个证券市场的股市价格;二是通过对各上市公司行业价值重估,对证券市场带来结构性冲击。就人民币升值如何通过这两个渠道影响资本市场进行了具体的分析。

| Abstract: | There are two main channels influencing the capital market of RMB revaluation: the first is that the RMB revaluation makes the foreign floating capital swarm into the Chinese capital market to engage in arbitrage of foreign exchange and therefore to heap the prices of the whole securities market; the second is that through re-evaluating the industrial value of each listed company the RMB revaluation brings about the structural impaction to the securities market. This paper analyzes on how RMB revaluation to influence the capital market through two channels. |
