| Abstract: | This paper illustrates how to optimize the reform design on the equipments of old substations so as to improve equipments' creditability,decrease the reform cost,and realize more comprehensive automation under limited reform capital to approach substations of "no person on duty".Meanwhile the paper also offers practical experiences in reforming substations. |
