对86CrMoV7大型冷轧辊预备热处理工艺的研究

摘    要:对86CrMoV7冷轧辊用钢进行了锻后正火、等温球化退火、去H退火的试验研究,研究了轧辊的预备热 处理工艺对冷轧工作辊组织的影响,加热温度和时间对组织的影响。结果表明,适宜的预备热处理工艺为:950 ± 10℃正火,等温球化退火温度790±10℃,去氢退火温度660~690℃。

Abstract:Normalizing after forging, isethermal spheroidal annealing and dehydrogenation annealing have been experimented and studied.The influence of preheat treatment process on the structure and network of cold working roll as well as the influence of heating temperature and time on structure and hardness have been studied. The results show that the proper preheat treatment process should be normalizing at 950 ± 10 °C,isothermal spherical spheroidal annealing at 790± 10°C dehydrogenation annealing at 660-690°C
