XDY—0型放顶煤悬移支架的应用与认识

摘    要:在中国厚煤层的开采中,放顶煤开采方法已经成为提高产量、加速煤炭资源回收的主导方式,各类不同型号的放顶煤支架也相继引进、研制并应用,支架在现场使用过程中还存在一些实际问题有待进一步解决。本文通过对七五煤矿一九九四年的放顶煤工作面一百三十多天的连续观测,对XDY—0型悬移支架在该面特殊复杂条件下的应用特征及规律性作了系统阐述,提供了相近条件下简易放顶煤工作的指导依据。

Abstract:In thick seam mining,the sublevel caving method has been one of main mining methods which increase coal output and accelerate resource's recovery.Although many kinds of sublevel caving supports have been imported, developed and used,some actual problems occurred in their application have to be settled.By observing the sublevel caving face of 75 couiery more than 130 days,continually in 1994,this paper systematically discusses the characteristics and laws of XDY-0 sublevel caving supports being used in the special complex conditions and provides guidance of simplified caving methods for the similar coal faces.
