| Abstract: | The foreign direct investment (FDI) in the world increases rapidly,and this leads to the more study on the relationship between the FDI and international trade.After relating some kinds of theories about this,the article analyses the relationship between the FDI and international trade in China and furthermore puts forward the measures the government should take to deal with the foreign direct investment correctly. |
