| 摘 要： | 边境城市旅游发展具有独到的优势，如文化融合（中外、多民族等）、国际与国内旅游交汇、口岸文化别具一格、国际化趋势明显等，但同时也存在旅游产业组织水平、口岸区域经济结构、旅游资源背景、旅游产品特色以及旅游线路组合等诸多条件限制。本文以位居我国北部中蒙边境的内蒙古二连浩特市为例，探讨了我国边境城市旅游开发机制，即树立科学的理念、品牌和市场观。
