摘    要:开展了8根装饰有不同饰面材料的高强混凝土柱式构件在ISO834标准升温条件下的明火试验,考察了饰面材料对构件表面混凝土爆裂的影响;分析了不同饰面材料高强混凝土构件的内部温度场,并与试验结果进行了对比。研究结果表明:(1)饰面材料的引入虽然延缓了构件表面混凝土的起爆时刻,但却加重了其爆裂程度;(2)双层防火板可较好地抑制构件表面混凝土的高温爆裂;(3)将饰面材料折算为等效混凝土的做法,总体上可较好地反映饰面材料对构件截面温度场的影响。为确保实际工程中高强混凝土构件具有足够的耐火能力,科学合理地评估饰面材料的作用是十分重要的。

Abstract:Eight HSC columns with different decorated materials were tested following the ISO834 standard heating process, and the influence of the decorated materials on explosive spalling of concrete is discussed. Temperature fields of the test specimens are analyzed, and the simulation results are compared with the measured ones. The research results indicate that: (a) With an addition of the decorated materials, although the time at which the explosive spalling of concrete starts delays, the extent of the explosive spalling increases; (b) the two-layers insulation plates can significantly prevent HSC members from explosive spalling; and (c) the influence of the decorated materials can be approximately taken into account by treating them as equivalent concrete. In order to ensure that HSC members own enough fire resistance capacity, it is important to evaluate the effect of the decorated materials carefully.
