| Abstract: | This paper discusses X chart of multivariate statistical qua- lity control,which corresponds to Shewhart's Chart in uni- variate quality control.A principled misuse existed in Montgom ery's related works is corrected.And the significance test with each variate for the sample affected by assignable causes, by using Bonferroni's adjusted t-test,is proposed. |
