| 摘 要： | 用经典的理论计算了Te,HgTe和Hg1-xCdxTe的复折射率.采用气溶胶模型处理Hg1-xCdxTe中的Te和HgTe微沉淀物的消光作用,用Mie散射理论算出了各种大小的这些沉淀物在100K和300K时的消光光谱.

| Abstract: | Complex dielectrical constants have been calculated for Te, HgTe and Hg1-xCdxTe according to the classical theory. The aerosol model has been applied to take into account the extinction of light due to the precipitates of Te and HgTe in Hg1-xCdxTe, and the extinction spectra resulted from the precipitates with different radii have then been evaluated using Mie scattering theory. |
