| Abstract: | This paper discusses emphatically on that only when the construction enterprises practice organic combination of engineering construction management with construction organization and implementation in the phases of engineering tender,project implementation,engineering completion and settle accounts,and analyze and guide the construction through construction cost analysis, can the better economic benefits be obtained. |
